In the forests of Overloon, you'll experience an event during the Militracks weekend that you'll never forget. Here you'll find more than 125 German vehicles from World War II and a 1.5 km long track on which these historical machines drive. In some vehicles, you can even ride along.

See, hear, smell, and feel these special military vehicles. From motorcycles and cars to trucks and armored vehicles. Here you will realize at the same time that they truly served during the war years. It was a tumultuous time!

You'll also find a large military market, ample food and beverage options. As a visitor to Militracks, you'll get free access to the largest war museum in the Netherlands.

In short: an impressive and unforgettable day out for young and old alike!

Vehicles & riding along

Vehicles

Nowhere else in the world do so many historical German vehicles from WWII come together as at Militracks. German vehicle technology was often qualitatively better than that of the allies at the time, so you'll see many unique and innovative vehicles.

You'll see them in action and you can take a look inside. Moreover, you can easily interact with the technical people who have kept these vehicles in running condition for 70 years. You may even see live maintenance work being done.

Check out all the participating vehicles here.

Riding Along

Riding along in the buddy seat of the historical vehicles is a special experience. Whether in the sidecar, on the back of a Kettenkrad, or in the back of an armored vehicle, it's all possible at Militracks.

For riding along, you can buy individual tickets at the boarding area during the event. Ticket prices vary per vehicle, from € 5 per person for wheeled vehicles, € 7.50 per person for half-tracks without armor, to € 15 per person for Kettenkrads and € 20 per person for armored vehicles. Please note that the ride-along capacity is limited.

Note: Sometimes we also have tanks and tank destroyers. It's not always possible to ride along on them. We can't assureyou that this may happen. These tickets will come available at the moment, if possible.

In short: there is no guarantee that these types of fully-tracked vehicles will take passengers on their rides. We coordinate with the vehicle owners if and when they will be driving again. Then we will reopen ticket sales. Tickets may not be available for purchase temporarily. No guarantees can be given that a vehicle will actually (re)run. If a ride proves to be impossible, the unused ticket will be taken back on the day itself and, of course, fully refunded.

Ride-along Tickets

Ride-along tickets are only available for purchase on-site during the event. For more info, please refer to the ‘Vehicles’ section. You can pay with both cash and bank cards.
