Großes Kettenkrad NSU HK-102

This is the larger and more experimental brother of the Kettenkrad and is today a unique vehicle, as of the approximately 30 produced specimens, this is the only remaining vehicle. The HK 102 was developed and built in 1940 together with the HK 101. This version, which is 30 cm longer and 15 cm wider, could transport four people in addition to the driver. In contrast to the "small" Kettenkrad, which was equipped with a 4-cylinder Opel Olympia engine, the Großes Kettenkrad had a Ford V8 engine.

On April 5 & 6, the bicycle bridge will be closed, but the museum remains open.
