The administrative board shall receive no remuneration. Only travel expenses for the purposes of meetings of the foundation board and otherwise for the purposes of the museum of the foundation shall be reimbursed on the basis of the actual costs. As a rule, the board meetings of Stichting Historisch Materieel are held on the same day and in the same location so that unnecessary travel costs are avoided as much as possible.
