On May 10th 1940 German troops invade The Netherlands. After a few days of fighting the Dutch surrender, followed by five years of occupation. How is the German occupational force behaving itself? And what does that mean for the Dutch people? Do you adapt to the new situation, do yo ucolloborate with the enemy, or would your rather participate in the resistance movement? And what happens if you are Jewish? Eight persons present their story in our standing exhibition.
